Do I need to attend classes at a certain time or place?

You’ll be taking your classes with us online, so your schedule is completely up to you. You’re able to login and work on your class material at any time.  You can access the course material from the Internet so you can work from anywhere you have computer access.  There are no physical classrooms or attendance required.

How long does it take to finish the courses?

You can work at your own pace, so that’s up to you!  The online classes are available to you at all times, but TREC has some guidelines in place you’ll need to follow:  TREC will not accept your certificate of completion for a pre-licensing course unless 3 days have elapsed since the date and time you started the course. Additionally, your participation in this course must not exceed 12 hours per day.

What is your refund policy?

• All courses are refundable within 5 days from the date of purchase less a $20 per course cancellation fee.
• After the 5 days, courses are non-refundable.
• Zarco Real Estate Academy courses are active for six months from the date of purchase. After six months from the purchase date, the courses must be repurchased in order for a student to continue.
